The Diagnostic is a single two-hour engagement for department heads and organizational leaders. 2-4 people from your team book individually and answer a short intake privately beforehand. 

We meet once, together, and review what the actual problem is. This isn't about HR grievances or a tit-for-tat, it's about exploring how relationships and stories are intertwining to create the issue we're now gathering around.

I read what's underneath the stated problem, the friction nobody's named yet, and we explore how your organization has been working around and within it. By the end of our two hours together, we'll have explored ideas, relational mechanics, communication patterns, meeting structures, and the stories that influence our reality. This is a conversational offering where I take written notes exclusively. There is no AI notetaking or other form of documentation, as this is meant to be experienced in real-time.

A written reflection follows within 3-4 days. My notes are destroyed once it's sent. Nothing is retained beyond that in order to protect the confidentiality of this discussion.
