You tried doing things alone, or piece-mealing your way through healing, and it’s worked…kind of. You tried free offers and high ticket masterminds and they all served a pointed purpose.
A pivot you don’t want to have to take, a reality you don’t want to be living in, a truth so real and tangible, no program will actually solve this. Therapy helped, but only so much—this moment in time is too in-your-face for the slow process of talk therapy or even Vipassana meditation to help you solve.
You need something different. More private. More present. More in tune with the entire thought process that precedes the moment of action—where everything changes.
You’ve done the reading and the meditating.
You’ve done psychedelics, spiritual devotion, and gone down philosophical rabbit holes.
Spirituality is known.
Self-awareness cultivated.
Exhaustion and the struggles of reality?
Still very current and kind of crashing around your ears, right now.
But when reality comes knocking;
when your money has dried up;
when your partner’s taken the kids;
when you get laid off—
How do you redefine your sense of Self all over again?
If you freeze, how long can you protect your reality without moving?
If you’re correcting by doing even more, how long can you avoid dealing with the problems hiding beneath the surface?
Now, it's about shifting perspective.
It's about repatterning your relationship to your current reality in such a way, you handle it better, more confidently, and with greater ease.
Where all that caring doesn’t get erased, but gets transmuted into something that fits You better and more completely than how reality currently operates.
The process of survival is through relationship, first. I’ve witnessed many women suffer through the work alone while everything hard piles up even higher around her. So instead, spend three weeks with focused and purposeful accompaniment, where witnessing is paired with actionable support through the storm you’re in.
Here's what you can expect:
We dive into the deep end, centering acknowledgement and presence.
We explore...
...the difference between a sacred pause and being stuck in freeze.
...the moment the explanation gets in the way of resolution.
...how to resolve the tension between knowing and living through something.
...the hidden consequences of self-abandonment, self-recrimination, and self-awareness.
Why: you're used to leading with the explanation, or avoidance. Week 1 invites breathing room and human connection, practiced through the deep exploration of The Story I'm In, Now.
We start adding building blocks for new possibility, through the continued to explore acknowledgement founded on grace.
We explore...
...the human beneath the functions and roles she carries day-in, day-out.
...why being needed has been equaled to being seen, and what happens when you need(ed) something.
...whose voice you listen to most, and why you believe only your harshest self-critics. Who do they sound like to you?
...why it's so easy to give a friend and a stranger grace, when it feels impossible to give yourself any kindness at all.
Why: knowing and living inside of something are so different, it causes cognitive dissonance. Week 2 teaches you how grace allows you to start Outlining The New Story.
We close our time together with the combination of acknowledgement, grace, and action, and its potency in moving forward with clarity and alignment.
We explore...
...the stopping point, the line in the sand that gives you power back.
...why the right next step is probably smaller than you think.
...what to do to survive, and eventually overcome, the days that feel like another false start.
...how starting over, again, can evolve from painful, to hopeful, to empowered.
Why: moving forward into the Unknown can be daunting, and orienting towards what next takes effort, purpose, and intention. Week 3 embodies new possibility inside the exhaustion of writing The 100th First Chapter.
On paper, life is supposed to be good. She’s hit all the milestones she thought she wanted, and now she’s looking back on a path she’s not sure she still wants. What lies ahead is a big chasm of uncertainty and the Unknown, and she’s wondering what to do about it, now. There's so much going on...
1- Every day she’s pulled in 10 different directions.
“I used to handle my overwhelm well-enough, but now my loved one is in the hospital/on their death bed/recently passed, and I don’t know which way is up anymore.”
She feels like Life is hitting her too hard, in too many ways. It’s all too much. And she doesn’t feel like she’s doing enough, or like she’s allowed/able to do more.
2- She juggles 93 different layers of thought and responsibility at any given time.
“I’ve healed from old wounds, but the massive life shift I’ve just lived through has me questioning everything I thought I knew.”
She holds onto a lot of responsibility. Overwhelmed and overstimulated, can’t focus and can barely touch the resources she’s used in past cycles of survival.
3- She’s been on her healing and personal development journey.
“I’ve survived so much and I’m not sure how I’m going to survive another baby/divorce/kids flying the coop/my latest emotional upheaval…but I still want to.”
She’s done the work, and she’s even been able to focus on other things than just survival.
She knows her backstory and understands how she’s designed her life around the wounds of the past. She’s in a freeze state, coping with substances, doomscrooling, and sidestepping the problems she can actively avoid.
__You will walk away choosing yourself more easily than before, without feeling like you’ve self-abandoned again.
__You’ll be more tapped into your own agency, more able to discern what is right for you from what others may have decided was right for you.
__You’ll feel empowered to make decisions without so much self-doubt and self-recrimination interfering.
__It’ll feel easier than ever to advocate for your own needs, center yourself more than you’re used to, and cultivate space in your life for Self. Having honest and complicated conversations will be more accessible to you than ever before.
__You’ll have redefined your Self into greater alignment. You’ll get to consciously decide what characterizes the role and responsibilities you carry day-in, and day-out, and the choice of it will bolster you through the tough days.
__You’ll feel lighter and less tapped into the overwhelm. Whether the problem you brought in the beginning gets resolved or not, the way you feel about it, the way you handle it, the way you react to it—it will all have shifted into something more graceful, more aligned, and more productive than what it used to be.
__You’ll have healthier relationships that feel good from the inside out. You’ll have greater ease at moving through the ups and downs that come with living an aligned Life.
__You’ll feel more comfortable using time for cultivation and care of Self, in ways that fit inside of your life and that feel good to you, from the inside out. You’ll tap into your resources more easily, and you’ll anchor a felt sense of stability.
It costs you more than a hard conversation, a messy decision, or a few weeks of slowing down.
It’s missing how your child is handling the hospital stays, the divorce, or the tension in the house, because you’re too depleted to see it.
It’s dropping the ball with the friends who’d show up for you, because you have nothing left to reach back with.
It’s running out of money, time, or health before you’ve thawed enough to start moving.
It’s having the same conversation for the fifth month/year in a row, and feeling worse each time.
It’s being so good at holding everyone else’s life together that you can’t remember what you wanted from your own.
It’s building the next house out of hay, and waiting for the next huff and puff.

Q: Is this therapy?
A: No. I'm not a therapist and I'm not a healer, those both professions are my colleagues. I am a facilitator, a guide, and the voice in your corner through a very specific moment in time. I use active facilitation—asking questions, reflecting out loud what I notice, and adding to the exploration we're undertaking together. If you have or need ongoing clinical care, it is encouraged here.
Q: Who is this NOT for?
A: Anyone in acute crisis that needs active and immediate intervention. Anyone who expects me to bring theAnyone looking for a 'quick' fix. Three weeks is a short span of time together, but that's not because the work we do happens quickly. It's because we're pouring our focus, effort, and energy into first surviving whatever the hell is going on, and then to get you onto the next thing stat, but also empowered.
Q: What if I'm not sure my situation is 'big enough'?
A: If you're curious about the longer work together, book a discovery call—it is there so that we can get a feel for your situation and my aptitude at helping you through it, before we commit to longer work together. Click here to book.
Q: What happens on the discovery call?
A: The Crossroads Discovery call is a 45-minute introduction to each other. As the process of this work is highly conversational, getting to know each other live in real-time is a necessary step. We'll spend 30 minutes exploring what brought you to book this call, and then approx. 15 minutes exploring what Crossroads is and how it may effectively support you.
Q: Is this remote or in person?
A: The discovery to the integration calls are all virtual through Google Meet. An optional in-person retreat is available as part of our closing together together.
Q: Will I have an answer at the end?
A: Truthfully, I don't know. This work can't make the real-life problems go away, but it is designed to shift the way you relate to them, and thus the way you handle tham. The whole purpose of this offer is for you to at the very least be several steps closer to an answer, if not inspired and ready to do what needs done next.
Q: What happens after the three weeks?
A: An integration call is included 1-2 weeks after we complete the workshop. It's there to explore how things are going and tie our time together with a pretty bow. An in-person retreat is available as an optional add-on to wrap up as well. After that, other offers, both one-off and longer-term, are available.
Q: What does it cost, and are there payment plans?
A: Beta pricing is starting at $1,111 for this first run of the offer. Payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis that can discussed on our discovery call.
Q: What if I need to reschedule?
A: We will be pre-booking our time together as much as logistically possible in advance. Please reserve 24 hours to reschedule our calls. Life at a crossroads is often unpredictable, so clear limits and even clearer communication will help both of us.
Q: What's your refund policy?
A: I don't offer refunds barring exceptional circumstances or a bad fit, minus the time we'll have already worked together. If we need to move our time together, your payment can be credited towards future services. Please note that you may be asked to cover the difference in rates if they've changed by then.
