Maybe you're trying to build connection differently, and you what you've tried just doesn't quite hit the mark. Maybe the collaboration has stalled. Maybe the energy shifted and no one has said it out loud yet. Maybe the people are right but something between them isn't moving, and you've been waiting for it to resolve on its own.
It hasn't yet. And maybe you're ready to try something a little different and off the beaten path, utilizing an outside perspective.
I work with groups that are already in motion—creative collectives, communities, organizations—where the relational piece has become the thing standing between where you are and what you're trying to build together. I come in, I read the room, and I bring a practice that creates space for what's actually present to surface. We work on it together, in real time, even if it's forming the entire system you want to build your group on. I am the outside collaborator whose priority is to improve the quality of the group's experience, both individually and collectively.
What people walk out with varies. I've seen relief, connection, catharsis, clarity about what's been in the way. I can't promise you which one, it depends almost entirely on what the group is carrying. What I can tell you is that something moves. People feel lighter, seen, and held through moments of vulnerability and activation.
If you're the person at the helm of something that's seeking connection or wanting to try something different, reach out. We'll talk about what's going on and whether I'm the right fit.
