Learn what community-based organizations and local educators are doing to address local water issues at the SEED Community Solutions Forum on Thursday, July 16 at the TCOE Doe Complex in Visalia.

Here you can network with SEED teachers and partners from Sequoia Riverlands Trust, the Tachi Yokut Tribe, UNIDOS Network, Wukchumni Farms, UC Merced School of Engineering, Climate Action Pathways for Schools, Farmer Ag Network, F3 Innovate, Rising Sun Center for Opportunity, Point Blue Conservation Science, the Tulare County Office of Education, and more!  

The SEED Network, Ten Strands, and TCOE are planning to host a statewide professional learning summer institute here in Tulare County, focused on the free Seeds to Solutions curriculum for 7th grade: Land Subsidence and Groundwater. 

We’ll play with water and ice, travel to Pa’ashi (Tulare Lake), and visit differently designed groundwater recharge sites in a very well air-conditioned charter bus. We invite local educators and community members to be part of the planning and presenting team.
