Academic Regalia and SCOPE/Military Cord Pick Up

Specific details and instructions will be emailed to your sentara.edu email accounts from the Office of the Registrar on when and where to pick up regalia packages.

Current Scheduled Pick Up Dates:
Cardiovascular Technology - Friday, May 6th
Nursing - Friday, April 29th
Surgical Technology - Wednesday, April 20th

Announcement Ordering

Graduates can order their announcements through Balfour and have them shipped right to their home. Etiquette suggests that you ensure announcements arrive to your family and friends at least two weeks prior to the ceremony (which falls around May 7th).

Important Note: Announcements are not an entry ticket into the ceremony.
