Parent Guardian Emails


To manage email summary settings, you need a free Google Account. A Google Account allows you to:

  • Set the frequency of your emails
  • Update your locale
  • View all students connected to your account

To manage your email summary settings:

In your email program, at the bottom of any email summary, click Settings.


  1. On the email settings page, click Sign In.
  2. Enter your Google Account email address and click Next.
  3. Enter your Google Account password and click Sign in.
  4. Under Frequency, select your desired email frequency.
  5. If you don’t want to receive emails, select No summaries.
  6. Under Timezone, select your time zone.
  7. (Optional) To check which email address email summaries are sent to, look under Google Classroom email summaries.
