Parent Guardian Emails
To manage email summary settings, you need a free Google Account. A Google Account allows you to:
- Set the frequency of your emails
- Update your locale
- View all students connected to your account
To manage your email summary settings:
In your email program, at the bottom of any email summary, click Settings.
- On the email settings page, click Sign In.
- Enter your Google Account email address and click Next.
- Enter your Google Account password and click Sign in.
- Under Frequency, select your desired email frequency.
- If you don’t want to receive emails, select No summaries.
- Under Timezone, select your time zone.
- (Optional) To check which email address email summaries are sent to, look under Google Classroom email summaries.
