Lead the Department of External Records within the Office of the Registrar, providing administrative oversight for external academic records, transfer articulation, prior learning credit, and university testing operations.

Serve as Chief Examiner of the University and direct the daily operations of the University Testing Center, ensuring the secure administration of institutional, state, and national examinations in accordance with testing standards, security protocols, and university policies.

Administer and oversee a comprehensive portfolio of testing programs, including ACCUPLACER, ACT, ALEKS, CLEP, DANTES/DSST, Departmental Credit Exams (DCE), HiSET, Independent Study and External Institution Exams, NLN, Praxis, and ParaPathways.

Manage the evaluation and processing of external academic records, including transfer transcripts, test scores, and prior learning assessments.

Coordinate transfer credit articulation and maintain the University's Transfer Equivalency System to ensure accurate and consistent application of transfer credit.

Collaborate with academic departments to evaluate course equivalencies and implement curriculum updates in accordance with university, state, and system policies.

Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of student academic records in compliance with FERPA and institutional standards.

Support enrollment management, academic progression, graduation, and student success through accurate records management, policy implementation, and continuous process improvement.

Teach undergraduate courses in the Department of English and World Languages, including Greek and Roman Mythology, with an emphasis on mythology, cultural traditions, comparative interpretation, and their continuing influence on literature, art, and society.

Design and deliver student-centered course content and assessments for online learning environments, incorporating instructional technology, digital storytelling, and opportunities for critical analysis and cultural engagement.

Serve as faculty sponsor of Le Cercle Français (French Club), supporting student leadership, campus engagement, and opportunities for students to explore French language and Francophone cultures beyond the classroom.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, my primary responsibilities included teaching, tutoring, and grading assignments. I worked with professors to provide students with a positive learning environment and helped them succeed in their coursework. Additionally, I assisted in the organization, processing, and preservation of materials and data in university archives, and aided professors in their research duties. I also contributed to my department’s efforts by advising undergraduate students, promoting the department during recruitment, and assisting with the promotion of the department’s annual colloquium as instructed. I was committed to providing students with a quality education and looked forward to continuing to grow as a teaching professional while supporting my department’s mission.
