Our Advisory Council, Counselor Weekly Newsletter, and Referral Resources all involve indirect services brought to students by counselors, teachers, administrators, parents, and the community. See a full list at the bottom of this page of indirect student services.
Renaissance High School Counselors make sure all students are considered in decision making, and that everyone stays up to date when it comes to making the school a safe, educational, and goal-reaching space for students.

Daily Counselor Pre-Planning 7:00 - 7:15 am
Take suggestions and discuss student needs with faculty members and administrators (if a teacher sees something, he/she lets a counselor know to look into it with the student in need)
Lesson planning counselor meetings
Transcript request processing
Data collection in Powerschool regarding grades, attendance, and behavioral issues
Parent phone calls
