National Brain Tumor Society (NBTS) unrelentingly invests in, mobilizes, and unites the brain tumor community to discover a cure, deliver effective treatments, and advocate for patients and caregivers. They are the largest patient advocacy organization in the United States committed to curing brain tumors and improving the lives of patients and families.

Jeff leads our team annually in advocating for and raising donations through sponsored events and fundraisers. As someone who has personally experienced the impact of a brain tumor, this mission is close to his heart. To help advance the 'NBTS mission and fuel breakthroughs, Jeff has created a local nonprofit, "Brain Waves" (previously Brews for Brains) to successfully fundraise for this cause in our local community! Please check throughout the year to attend one of these fundraisers, donate, or volunteer!

The 39th MC chapter's story began in 2019; thier members stretch across Franklin, Cumberland and Adams Counties of Pennsylvania. As the first PA chapter, they've made strides to be known in our local communities for their hearts to give back. In 2024, they hosted their first annual Burn Run to raise money for Shreiner's Children's Hospital.

Cheyenne and Catherine sponsored the face painting, provided a raffle basket giveaway and attended the event this year, supporting the chapter and their mission to raise money for children and families in our communities!

The Lampeter-Strasburg Youth Football and Cheer program is a nonprofit in Lancaster County with a mission and committment to impacting the next generation of leaders, community members, and families by developing youth in the local community. Their program focuses on helping local youth members build character, sportsmanship and self-confidence. Their goal is to teach fundamentals with an emphasis on responsibility, teamwork and respect in a competitive environment while gaining a strong sense of community.
The Lampeter-Strasburg Youth Football and Cheer program is a nonprofit in Lancaster County with a mission and committment to impacting the next generation of leaders, community members, and families by developing youth in the local community. Their goal is to teach fundamentals with an emphasis on responsibility, teamwork and respect in a competitive environment while gaining a strong sense of community.
Catherine is an active sponsor in this program, supporting scholarships that provide opportunities for area youth to be awarded financial assistance. Each year, these scholarships provide access and equal opportunities for financially disadvantaged youth to participate in the program's physical, mental, and character-training benefits. Nonprofit programs in our communities rely heavily on exceptional support from community members to successfully make an impact.

Held annually, this dog walk event raises raise money for Zoey’s Fund; a non-profit 501(c)(3) public charity, whose mission is to enhance and preserve the quality of life of animals by providing access to necessary medical care. Based on established criteria, Zoey’s Fund provides financial grants to assist York County pet parents who are unable to partially or fully cover the cost of their pet's emergency or critical care.

Our team of realtors believe in supporting and serving in the communities that we work. We sponsor events throughout the year, however, our biggest event is the Brews For Brains Fundraiser!
