Selah Place of Oregon County, Missouri is a nonprofit organization that is a member of the Missouri Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence (MCADSV). The Missouri Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence is an organization that works to provide information and resources to survivors of domestic and sexual violence through advocates and professionals. The MCADSV works with members to provide resources, training and expertise needed to assist communities and survivors of abuse. The Coalition works on a state and national level to improve policies that deal with violence against women.
Being a nonprofit organization Selah Place will operate from grants, public donations, fundraisers, and from help from volunteers. Donations are tax deductible. Donations can be given to any board member or can be mailed to Selah Place of Oregon County, 2 Cemetery Lane, Thayer, MO 65791.
