1) How do I register for the conference?
Go to the registration tab at the top of this web page and follow the new registration website steps. Please note this year the registration procedures will be done completely online and payment can be done online, at banks or at our campus' cashier using the online registration code.
2) How do we pay for the conference? Can we pay the day of the conference?
Registration fees (Lps. 900.00 per person) In order for us to prepare for the conference we have established February 16th as the last day to register and February 16, 2020 as the last day to pay. The new registration process is explained in detail in the registration tab at the top of this webpage.
3) Once I have made payment how do I assure my group or I have been registered?
Making the payment is one step of the steps registration process. The other steps are:

4) Are there group discounts?
We do not offer discounted prices. Our conference runs entirely on registration fees and donations from sponsors, and budgetary decisions are based on the number of attendees,
5) What topics will be discussed? Could I get a copy of the schedule prior to the conference?
We know that as an attendee you would like to know the topics and descriptions of the session that will be offered during the conference. As presenters send information to us we will make it accessible on this site.

7) How long do presentations last?
One hour, unless otherwise noted in the schedule.
8) Do I need to bring any materials?
The conference bag usually has a notepad and pen donated by one of our sponsors, but we recommend bringing your own just in case. We also recommend bringing an electronic device (such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet) since some workshops are technology based. Many of the conference documents will be uploaded to the T3 site and free internet WiFi is provided by E.I.S..
9) Will food be provided?
A daily coffee break (light snack and beverage) is included in your conference registration fees. Lunch is available for purchase on campus. You may also want to bring a thermos or water bottle to fill using our water coolers.
