Step-by-Step - How to Find & Request Books Through Our SAILS Catalog!
Go to online catalog by clicking on the "Find a Book" link in our top menu bar or by visiting https://sails.ent.sirsi.net/client/en_US/seekonkhs/?dt=list
Search for the book you would like by title, subject, author, etc.
When you find something you would like, check to see if we have it here at Seekonk (We would be listed as an owning library). If we do not have it, you can place a hold and request it
To place a hold, select “Place Hold”
You will need to log in.
Barcode or ALT ID is your lastname, first initial and graduation year, ex: SMITHJ2026 (All caps)
If you know your PIN, enter it. Otherwise, click “I forgot my password” and you can re-set it to any 4-digit number you like
Once you log in, you can complete placing the hold, and it will ask you to confirm that you want it sent to Seekonk High.
Click “Place Hold” to confirm and you are done! If you want to place additional holds, you are already logged in and it will automatically advance you to the confirmation screen.
