The business unit has a specific focus on sourcing properties for investors based on their requirements. In addition to this we focus on sale and leasebacks as well as B-BBEE property transactions within the commercial property space.

Over the past 5 years we have engaged with many of the leading companies within South Africa and have concluded over R3bn worth of transactions within the commercial property space.

We work closely with and represent property investment groups and high-net worth families for the acquisition of income producing properties.

Our primary clients include investors such as REITs, private investment groups and wealthy families. The markets we operate in include industrial; warehousing, commercial office blocks and retail with national tenants. All our investment properties are income producing with long term tenants.
