Your February Guide is here!!!

This first month sets the foundation for the entire mentorship experience. Your presence, care, and commitment matter more than perfection.

Please take a few minutes to watch this monthly guide video before your first meeting. The video will walk you through the focus of this month, what your Rising Leader may need most right now, and how to approach your session with clarity and confidence.

For this first month, your role is to build connection. Get to know your Rising Leader. Listen deeply. Create a space that feels safe, supportive, and encouraging. Trust grows before goals.
