Welcome to March!
This month centers on deepening your connection with your Rising Leader and strengthening the trust you are building together. Continue investing in rapport while providing steady, consistent support.
If your Rising Leader has identified a goal, focus on accountability and follow through. Revisit the goal. Clarify expectations. Agree on specific next steps. Check in on progress regularly. Consistency builds confidence.
Help her stay motivated by reconnecting her to why the goal matters. Highlight progress, even if it feels small. Celebrate small wins to create momentum and reinforce growth.
Maintain open and honest communication. Create space for her to share concerns, doubts, or challenges. If fears or barriers are slowing progress, name them together and break them down into manageable actions.
Encourage participation in community discussions to strengthen her voice and leadership skills. If you need help navigating Google Classroom or accessing resources, reach out to the mentor coordinator or core team. Support is available.
