It's my pleasure to extend a warm welcome to each one of you as you get ready to join Seeds4Hope. This is an environment where we value empowering our mentors to make an impact.
I believe that the new way of being, doing and leading in the world today is not about being at the top, holding power over others, or going it alone. Instead, it's about doing together and co-creating a shared vision together. True leadership flourishes when we embrace our differences, support one another, and recognize the strength that comes from being allies.
Our approach is rooted in modeling and promoting co-creation, collaboration, and open communication. We focus on celebrating each accomplishment as a collective win, without comparison or competition. As mentors, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering these values, helping us build a community where every individual is empowered to lead with confidence, compassion, and purpose. Together, we’ll shape the future by helping young people grow into the leaders their communities and countries need.

Our Story
Our Story
Seeds4Hope was born out of a deep commitment to addressing critical social issues in Southeast Asia, initially as the "Vivncaus Mentoring Program" under the Givers of Dreams Organization. Our journey began with a clear focus: to combat early and forced marriages and empower young women in the region. Our initial goal was straightforward yet profound—to mentor these young women, helping them uncover their potential and pursue their dreams.
As we began working with a small group of 25 young women, we were struck by their remarkable resilience and ambition. This initial engagement quickly expanded as word spread, growing to 50 participants, then 75, and eventually encompassing 91 dedicated young leaders. Their growth and the positive impact of our efforts inspired a group of nine committed mentors to take a bold step: we established Seeds4Hope as an independent nonprofit organization.

Seeds4Hope operates on a change framework that recognizes everyone as a leader and promotes their capability and capacity development.
Our focus is on fostering self-awareness, personal responsibility, and the "be the change" philosophy. We do this by providing mentorship, personal and leadership empowerment curriculum, and financial aid for education and advancement.
We believe that the new model of leadership is not about being at the top and having "power over," but rather, co-creating together through differences, building each other up, and embracing each other as allies. We do this by modeling, teaching and promoting co-creation, collaboration, effective communication, and celebrating accomplishments without comparison or competition.
Our change framework is anchored on the principle that, given opportunities and support, people can thrive and become leaders who make a positive impact in the world.
