Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® training program is a safe, non harmful behavior management system designed to help educators provide the best Care, Welfare, Safety, and SecuritySM for students and staff. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention trains and certifies staff members on how to deal with potentially risky behavior before an incident escalates to a crisis situation. All SEDOL staff members are certified in NCI.
