Thursday

All Day – Arrive at the hotel, check-in, and get settled

4:30 pm – 5:15 pm – Welcome and introduction to GABE (Glandt Forum in Singh Nanotech Building, ~5 minute Uber or 20 minute walk from Club Quarters)

5:30 pm – 7:00 pm – Happy hour with faculty and grad students (Singh Nanotech Building)

7:30 pm – 9:00 pm – Dinner with grad students (refer to individual schedule for one of the restaurants below) (walk with volunteers to dinner)

1:00 pm – 4:45 pm –  Individual Interviews

*1:00 pm - 1:45 pm – Optional self-guided campus tour

5:00 pm – 5:30 pm – Closing session + to-go dinner (Dunning Coaches' Center)

5:30 pm - 7:30 pm – Evening Activity with GABE (Philadelphia Museum of Art or Puttshack mini-golf)

8:00 pm – Social event with GABE (Club Quarters Conference Center) (top floor of hotel)
