Records Request

  • Campus Administrators should be notified immediately of any records request.

  • Records request should be completed and provided to the requestor within 10 school days from the date of the request

  • Campuses will be responsible for any campus/district assessments and information

  • Special Programs will be responsible for any Special Education or 504 records

  • Any records request that include records from Special Programs (Special Education and/or 504) complete the Special Programs Record Request within 24 hours of the request

  • The Office of Special Education will coordinate obtaining the records and providing them to the requestor by the 10th school day from the date of the request
