Bhakti yog, is a society adjacent to the Don Bosco high school, which is the site of intervention. It is perpendicular to the S. V. road and parallel to Chandavarkar road. Its at 1-2 kms distance from the borivali station. The plot area is of 6513 sq.m. which has built-up area of 6260 sq.m. The G+3 structure consists of 208 flats with houses of 3 types of area 240 sq.ft, 270 sq.ft and 310 sq.ft.

These are two houses of the society belonging to Gadre family and Mrs Joshi ( top right). The daily routine throughout the day is shown in carousel.

Accordingly three house types are studied and user group that will live in the flats after retrofit are worked out along with the common spaces of interaction.
