DESIGN INTENT IS TO BRING IN SOUND SO AS TO ADD ENERGY AND LIVELINESS TO THE EXISTING SITE. THIS IS ACHIEVED BY DRIPPING WATER THAT HITS VARIOUS MATERIALS, BlRDS, WINDS,ETC. THE PASSAGES FUNCTION AS TRAINING AND EDUCATION UNITS. THIS AMPLIFIED/ MODULATED SOUND WILL FUNCTION AS RELEASE POCKETS FOR PEOPLE WORKING IN THE WETLAND CONSERVATORY.
