Police stations are generally perceived as closed, rigid and intimidating institution and as a space of power and control which gets detached from community that it serves.
Reimagining the police station as a Mediator allows the shift from controlling to engaging space that allows coexistence between different social groups and the context around.
This idea of Police Station acts as a mediator between people and authority, between conflicting community and between space of control and space of engagement.
