Throughout this course, we have acquired profound knowledge about mangrove ecosystems, encompassing their ecological importance, their role in preserving biodiversity, and their contribution to mitigating climate change. In this module, we have grasped the ability to incorporate environmental flows and ecosystem services into architectural designs, aiming to establish sustainable and environmentally friendly environments. Moreover, we have examined the social and economic significance of mangroves to local communities, gaining valuable perspectives on the difficulties and possibilities of involving communities in conservation endeavors. Additionally, this module offers practical experience through field visits to mangrove ecosystems.

Program
The idea was to establish a program for the different kinds of people utilizing the space near the river in order to prevent littering on the edges of the river . From our research, we found out that around 25 to 30 percent of the waste accumulated on the edges of the river were because of littering.
On further research we identified broadly the 3 kinds of people occupying the edge space of the river
The couples who came to spend time.
The people who came to drink, smoke and wild time.
The people who visited the cremation ground along the eastern edge of the river.
We wanted to establish a program with some specefic features for these people .
