Design Intent
We learnt how to spend the least and most capital on a unit by studying the financial patterns and the character map. To move forward with the design, we began to look for an entry point that balances the financial aspect while also maintaining the idea's practicality. One of the main objective was to encourage modularity and make a series of open and closed spaces for socialisation and other activities. We identified storage, light, and ventilation as the core issues and responded with a series of design ideas that are financially feasible while also providing minimal yet adequate and hygienic.
