At the end of the construction work on site, the Architect inspects the work for 

1. Completion as per approved plans, workmanship, relevance and working of building systems-water supply, drainage, lift, fire, etc. 

2. Fittings and Fixtures are installed and are working, Internal Road and Approach Road Development is completed, Lift and Fire Fighting Systems are in working condition. 

Completion Certificate is issued by the Municipal Corporation after the Architect/ Engineer submits a completion report certifying the workmanship, materials used, and compliance with the construction rules along with all No Objections Certificates are obtained such as Drainage, Road, Water, Encroachment, Lift from Public Works Department, Fire Fighting, etc. 

At the end of the construction work on site, Architect issues a Completion Certificate. An inspection is carried out by the concerned statutory authorities to determine compliance with the conditions mentioned in the commencement certificate. After verification and compliance, the Municipal Corporation/ Concerned Statutory Authority issues the permission to occupy the building, termed as Occupation Certificate.

As-Built Drawings are updated sets of drawings that a contractor submits after the project is finished. They offer an accurate picture of the finished project and take into account all changes and revisions made during the construction process.
