Welcome to Oak Crest Counseling!

The counseling office is a safe, supportive environment for students and a welcoming place for our families! SDUHSD middle school counselors are here to assist students as they build academic skills, develop positive social and emotional skills, and explore their interests to help plan for high school and beyond. We work closely with teachers, administrators, and other school support staff to help our students have a positive middle school experience!

HOW TO CONTACT COUNSELORS :

Students:
Students can drop in to see their counselor before/after school, or at nutrition break or lunch. Ms.Barney in Room C-3 can also assist with scheduling a time for a student to meet with their counselor. Students can also make a request to meet by using this Google Form: Student Request to See Counselor (for non-emergencies).

Parents /Guardians:
Counselors can be reached by phone, email, or by contacting Brooke Barney to schedule an in-person or phone appointment.
