You will need take one of each of these shots and turn them in for a grade. You will post them on your Google Site on a new page through a drop down under your Photography page. (You will need help from someone getting your head shot and your body shot. *No selfies!)
VERY IMPORTANT!!! - DO NOT EDIT ANY OF THESE PHOTOS AT ALL!!! NO CROPPING, COLOR ADJUSTING, ZERO - NADA!
YOU MUST TAKE ALL OF THESE SHOTS (EXCEPT THE HEAD & BODY SHOT OF YOU)!
Great photographers learn to take great shots without having to edit them. That means you consider how you frame the subject and make sure your lighting is on point. Move your camera (and yourself) around to find the perfect composition!
This shot must be VERTICAL, and that means holding your camera so that the photo is long from top to bottom. (Don't hold your camera sideways for this.) Make sure you direct the person who takes this shot for you to take a vertical shot. Make sure the headshot is just from the top of your chest & shoulders to the top of your head. Leave a little bit of room at the top of your head.
Make sure to consider having good lighting. Shoot this in the shade, not in direct sunlight. That will make you squint.
Take several different shots and choose the one you like best.
This shot must also be VERTICAL (up and down). Try to take this shot in a place that doesn't have any distracting elements in the background. The more plain, the better. Make you direct the person taking this shot to leave a little head room space above and some foot room space below.
This is a shot where you take a picture of someone doing something while they are moving. Show action! Your subject should not just be posing, but moving! This shot can be horizontal or vertical.
You can be creative with this one! Find a building you like and take a great shot of it! It can be your house, but it doesn't have to be. Try to make the focus the building and not all of the surrounding things. Focus on ONE building, not many of them together. Walk around your block or take a drive with family.
Find any interesting object you want and take a picture of it. Try to find interesting angles, and make sure the object is interesting. No trash, please.
This shot should have no more than 3 or 4 people. Make sure you use family or people that are in your social bubble for safety purposes! This shot should show the upper part of the bodies of your subjects. Avoid full length body shots.
