My name is Ms. Hogelucht, a.k.a. Ms. H, and I am a teacher at Pacific Trails Middle School in the San Dieguito Union High School District. On my website, you will find information about English 8 Honors, Art Explorations, and Yearbook. Please use this website as a tool to aid you in gaining information, but don't forget to listen in class for the most updated information as tasks and homework assignments are subject to change. It is also important to frequently check Google Classroom for electronic resources and assignments (scroll down for more information).
Students are encouraged to use class time to ask questions. Emails will be answered only during school hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-3:00pm.

Google Classroom is where all electronic resources and assignments will be.
To sign in to Google Classroom, you need your school e-mail address and password you created at the start of the school year. If you do not have this information, you will need to contact Mrs. Richards in the Learning Commons. You will also need a code for your google class, which you can get from me!

Art Explorations is a yearlong elective at PTMS that offers students comprehensive art experiences with detailed explorations in the classics such as painting, drawing, printmaking, ceramics, sculpture, digital art and photography, video/film, and fiber arts. In addition to gaining confidence and proficiency working with a variety of mediums, students will learn about the history, analysis, and interpretation of art.
