SDUHSD is no longer writing high school recommendations for middle school students. Our school district has informed the Director of Admissions of this change and it should have no impact on the completion of your student's application.
For out of state recommendations or extracurricular activities, please complete the next two steps before emailing me your request.
Please first fill out a FERPA form and send a copy to me with your request.
Respond to the Google Form below to provide me with information needed to write a recommendation.
