5. CVMS Course Selection Form:   Please note you will only need to put the first choice elective in AERIES,  alternates are needed on the form. (window: current 7th from March 3rd to 10th, current 6th graders from March 10 to 21st)

6. Math Assessment (MDTP) -  will be administered at the elementary school for students currently attending SBSD or DMUSD. For students from private schools, other school districts, out-of-state, and out-of-the-country, please visit Math Assessment (MDTP) to sign up.

• 8th Grade Course Selection Form - email to tracy.ngo@sduhsd.net  DO NOT TURN THIS IN UNLESS YOU NEW TO CVMS THIS SCHOOL YEAR.

** IMPORTANT **

Students currently attending Solana Pacific, Solana Highlands, Carmel Del Mar, Sage Canyon, Ocean Air, and Torrey Hills Elementary Schools are NOT automatically scheduled to attend CVMS. Please use the Boundary Locator to determine the boundary middle school.  If you do not live within the CVMS boundaries, but still want your student to attend, you MUST have an APPROVED Intradistrict Transfer on file at the District Office.
