Help! My Chromebook isn't working! What do I do?
Don't worry. Bring it into the Learning Commons. Mr Richards will repair it on the spot or switch out your Chromebook for a different one.
Do I have to pay a fee if my Chromebook is broken?
It depends. If it's just a glitch, then no, you wouldn't have to pay for that. If the screen is cracked though, or if keys are missing, or if you've spilled liquid on it, or if you stuck something into the headphone socket and can't get it out again ... then yes, you would be charged a fee.
How much do I have to pay?
Minor damage, such as missing keys, incurs a fee of $20.
More serious damage, such as a cracked screen or liquid damage, incurs a fee of $75.
Fees can be paid at the CVMS finance office using cash or check (made payable to 'San Dieguito Union High School District').
Help! I've lost my charger and/or stylus!
You can buy a replacement at the CVMS front office. Both chargers and styluses cost $20.
