The National Astronomy Education Coordination (NAEC) is part of the IAU Office of Astronomy for Education, and one of its missions is to take stock of astronomy education world-wide. With the help of the NAEC Teams, they are in the process of creating an overview of the different countries' education systems, and of astronomy education within those education systems.

Lunar Eclipses
On November 19th, 2021 there was a Lunar eclipse visible from the Dominican Republic. Together with Genius Academy, we oginized a workshop for kids 7-12 years old to explain what a Lunar eclipse was. There was also a document generated so that the students sould create their own model of the Earth-Moon system and their shadows.
