SUBJECT: Internship Application
DATE: September 20, 2021
Dear Ms. Heather Ace,
I recently stumbled upon an opening for an internship with Qualcomm for Finance undergraduates during the summer of 2022. As someone who is currently studying as a Finance major, I believe that I would be a great fit for the job. I will finish my MIS/Excel course this semester and will have finished my preliminary Finance and Accounting so all of this information will be fresh in my mind and ready to be applied in a work setting. Throughout the year, I will also have continued to tidy spreadsheets of multiple non profit organizations, so I will have experience in organizing and directing finances. I also served as the assistant Financial Analyst for the SDSU NAACP. I am passionate and bring energy to the workplace, and also speak spanish fluently so I can serve multiple communities and make it easier for financial translations. I am fresh out of learning the requirements for the position, have a handful of leadership and financial experience, and always aim to be the best team member I can be, which can be interpreted as being a good team player or the best player of a team. I will attach my resume if my skills and ambitions interest you and influence you to consider me for this position further.
Thank you for taking the time to consider my application,
Alija Hunter, SDSU Finance Undergraduate
