We will do our best to accommodate all needs. We have asked for all rows to be as large as possible for wheelchair accessibility and turning radius, there will be volunteers at the Accessible Transit Drop Off location, Marked areas for wheelchair access through the hotel, translation for American Sign Language and other languages, Activity Booths for breaks and much more.
