Welcome to The Squire Times! Established in 2017, The Squire Times prides itself on being a student-created publication covering the relevant topics and events in the lives of SDMS students. A staff of seven students interview, write, and edit all the articles and capture a great portion of the photographs. South Dearborn Middle School has long published a student newspaper highlighting the exciting events, stories, and lives of its students; however, after a few years of being defunct, the publication's re-instituted staff selected The Squire Times to be the new and official moniker of our publication. In accordance with our paper's storied past, we strive to uphold journalistic excellence and to bring our readers the best in reporting practices.
