One of the school's most notable partners is the local beekeepers association. The beekeepers work with the students to teach them about the importance of pollinators and how to maintain beehives. Purdue Extension is also a partner, providing workshops on topics such as gardening and animal husbandry. The Manchester Fire Department provides demonstrations on fire safety and basic firefighting skills, while Batesville Products offers tours of their manufacturing facility to teach students about engineering and production.
The school also collaborates with Ivy Tech and Purdue Extension to offer college-level coursework to their students. Additionally, the Dearborn County Recycling Center provides tours and workshops on recycling and sustainability practices.
The Show choir & Band and Women's Axillary organizations provide students with opportunities to learn about music and performance, while Science is Cool and Indiana 811 Education provide interactive workshops on science and technology. iMi, a local technology company, provides hands-on programming workshops for the students.
The school also partners with the Dearborn County Sheriff's Department to provide safety and awareness training for the students. Lastly, the Dillsboro Town Festival offers a variety of STEM activities and demonstrations for the students to enjoy.

Dillsboro Elementary fosters a strong collaborative partnership with key community stakeholders to enhance their STEM programming. The South Dearborn Elementary Schools recently adopted the Reveal Math Curriculum. Within each unit of this curriculum, Reveal has embeded STEM Career Exploration opportunities so students are able to learn about a variety of STEM Careers that could potentially be available to them.
