San Diego County Office of Education Expanded Learning is the grantee for the San Diego Expanded Learning Consortium. In addition to helping foster quality programs across 31 districts and 21 charter schools, we have the fiduciary responsibility for overseeing 230 K-12 before and afterschool programs.
