This is my 13th year as the Pre-K counselor and I love it! Prior to being the counselor, I taught 1st grade for 5 years and before that I worked for 5 years as a mental health paraprofessional. I am a Springdale native and a product of the Springdale School District. I have a BA in psychology, BS in elementary education, MA in guidance and school counseling, as well as a specialist degree in leadership. I also have my National Board Certification. I am always up for a challenge and learning new ideas and techniques to help children (and parents) be successful. Being able to help build the foundation of social-emotional skills for our youngest learners is my passion!
