1. Update the Inventory tab of the school's departmental planning document.
2. Use the program's CTE Budget to replace missing equipment by completing a Springdale Schools Purchase Order.
3. If repairs are needed then place a Maintenance Request with district maintenance or the vendor or a repair firm as needed.
a. Document the date and time of the repair request.
b. If there is no reply to the request within a week then please resubmit and document the request again & notify the school's CTE Lead.
