Your Library & Makerspace
Boozhoo, bienvenidos and welcome to the Ashland High School Library and Makerspace website!
Our school district is located in Ashland, Wisconsin on the south shore of Gichigami (Lake Superior) and the ancestral home and ceded territory of the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Ojibwe. Today our community is made up of tribal citizens, descendants of Czech, German and Scandinavian immigrants, Pacific Islanders, industry workers, artists, musicians, academics, retirees and more! We live in a special place.
The Ashland High School Library and Makerspace aspire to showcase and support the rich histories, futures and interests of our student and staff by prioritizing equity, diversity and accessibility in our collection.
The School District of Ashland underwent a massive renovation in 2017. The renovation in combination with Wisconsin's Common School Fund and our administrative, staff and student support have cemented our libraries as essential places to gather, learn, teach, create and play.
