With the career coordinator and workplace supervisor, develop a Work in Trades - trade specific training plan. This plan needs to be completed prior to accumulating work hours.
Note: a new and different plan must be developed for each of the four available sections of the Youth Work in Trades program. You will not accumulate graduation credits without an approved training plan for each section (11A, 11B, 12A, 12B).
Gaining experience in your trade is a valuable step towards building your career. It will also help you earn up to 16 credits towards your Dogwood Diploma.
