Grad Photos

All possible graduating students at CHHS MUST book an appointment for a grad photo.

Grad photos will be included in the yearbook, graduation class wall composite and typically the Medicine Hat News graduation feature. 

HOW TO BOOK:
Go to: schedule.prestigeportraits.ca

1.Search using the school postal code: T1A 5Y8

2.There is no appointment code this year.

3.Select Crescent Heights High School, Medicine Hat AB from the list.

4.Enter your graduate’s first and last name.

5.Select a date between March 2–11 for Prestige Portraits.

PHOTO PACKAGE OPTIONS

The online booking system will show one package option ($40.00).

If a student does NOT wish to purchase a full photo package, there will be a separate sign-up in the Student Advising Office.

This session includes cap and gown photos only for the yearbook and wall composite. This session is 15 minutes, no charge, and does not include casual photos.

CHOOSING A TIME

After selecting the package, you will choose a date and time (morning or afternoon).

Appointments book quickly. If students are hoping to book during a spare block, early booking is recommended.

PAYMENT

Payment is completed online at the final step of the booking process.

What to Expect During the Session

A 30 minute session with Full body and cropped images taken.

Formal cap and gown photos as well as Casual photos

Graduates may bring appropriate props (e.g., sports equipment, musical instruments).

What to Wear

Caps and gowns will be provided, we would recommend the following:

Males: dress shirt and tie

Females: v-neck or scoop-neck top

Shirts and ties will not be provided.

Props & Safety

Use of studio props (such as roses or diploma scrolls) is optional.

Safety protocols are in place, including sanitization or single-use props.

Any grad who missed getting their photo taken or who needs retakes must follow the link (below) and book an appointment.  Students must bring their paper proofs to this appointment so that they can show the photographer what they did/did not like about the original photos.
