• Parent Letter - please read the Division M6 Welcome Back Letter

• Division M6 School Supplies -  please do your best to supply these items by the week's end

• Parent Homework - parents, please click the link, fill out the form, and provide me with info about your child

• All About Me & Back to School poster - due Friday end of day

• Startup forms will be sent home with your M6 child on Monday  - Please return all forms that require parent and/or student signatures ASAP. The forms listed below should be returned  - please check both sides of each page carefully...  

  • White- Student Verification Form (return with any corrections or additions)

  • White- Information & Welcome Letter from ROMS (keep for your info)

  • Pink- Google Workplace for Education Account (return with signatures)

  • Green- Web Based Tools Form (return with signatures)

  • Blue- ROMS School Locks & PAC Donation - $12.00 for lock (Grade 6s)
