Wednesday, January 28th- "Pretty Like a White Boy" short story today and connected graphic organizer. Students need to ensure that the four squares of their graphic organizer are completed and handed into Ms. Cottier's inbox.
Tuesday, January 27th- Students are editing and revising their personal response paragraphs to "All Summer in a Day" today. Personal thoughts, reactions, questions, and connections should be evident. Personal response paragraphs will be due Monday, February 2nd.
Monday, January 26th- Students are constructing their digital draft for their "All Summer in a Day" short story personal response. Students should include personal connections, questions, reactions, and opinions. Tomorrow we will edit and revise.
Wednesday, January 21st- Editing and revising our Blindside paragraphs today. Students should ensure that paragraphs are titled, indented, and between 150 and 300 words. Blindside paragraphs due Monday, January 26th.

Thursday, January 29th- Students are finalizing their Battle of Agincourt Rhyming poems on Google Slides- a minimum of 8 lines. Agincourt Rhyming poems will be due by Thursday, February 5th.
Friday, January 23rd- Students are constructing a rhyming poem based on the details presenting in the Battle of Agincourt story. Poems should be at least 8 lines in length, include relevant battle details, and be creative in the rhymes. Students will have Thursday next week to complete their poems on Google Slides (8.5" x 11" recommended).
Thursday, Jan 22nd- Students had class time to complete their famous landmark digital poster. Please ensure that you have answered the four questions on your criteria sheet. Digital Posters due by Thursday, Jan. 29th to the Google Classroom.
Diving into Civilizations from the 500's to the 1600's. Please note that there is no textbook for Social Studies- all content and information pieces will be available in the Google Classroom.
