There is a vast array of technologies labelled as ‘personalized’. The technologies we have listed are meant to cover the wide spectrum of personalized learning. We have split them into genres but it is important to note that any of the designated genres may contain aspects of another. For example, a learning management system may also have adaptive learning aspects built-in.

For each genre we have included three examples of platforms. However, there are many more available and this will only increase in the future.
