School Refundables Collection

What we're doing: Blue bin recycling (bottles, cans, juice boxes) at the school is student-run. We put out recycling bins in classrooms and hallways for students to dispose of their clean drink containers. After school, we hold weekly recycling collections, gathering refundables to exchange and removing garbage foolishly thrown into the bins. All profits from the returnables go towards funding KELP. 

Impact: Over 9000 refundables have been collected since September of 2025!! That's 9000 returnables kept out of the trash. Great job, Recycling Group :)
