What we do

Oceans Group runs initiatives to reduce and monitor pollution on local shores such as Cadboro Bay, Willows Beach, and Arbutus Cove. We hold garbage clean-ups at local beaches and do microplastic surveys to monitor ocean pollution levels. Additionally, we have run projects such as an oceans conference, a remote island clean-up, and a stationary recycling initiative. We are also partnered with Surfrider Foundation Canada as a student club.
