What we're doing: We set up frost protection over the school garden's produce beds to protect them from frost and snow during the wintertime. Every year, we consider design changes to enhance the effectiveness of the protection. It's critical to get this right so the plants can make a recovery in spring!
Impact: The plants survived this winter!
