Mission: To reduce pollution at local beaches!

What we're doing: We hold weekend clean-ups at local beaches, removing garbage, monitoring pollution levels, and running microplastic surveys. We tend to a variety of beaches such as Cadboro Bay at Gyro, Arbutus Cove, and Willows Beach. Additionally, we have gone out to clean up remote islands. KELP's Oceans Group is also partnered with Surfrider!
