THE APPLICATION HAS TWO PARTS.
PART 1: GOOGLE SITES E-PORTFOLIO
Your e-portfolio will have THREE pages:
Page 1: a letter to the Scholarship Awards Committee introducing themselves, outlining motivation for pursuing area of interest, impact of this involvement, highlights of achievement, personal/educational goals (in this area or in a different area of study) and a plan for attaining these goals (250-500 words or 1 page, single spaced; include salutation and closing-- ex. Dear members of the Scholarship Committee, and Sincerely, Jane Wong; use paragraphs--- no uni-paragraph letters! )
Page 2: an academic résumé highlighting the student’s accomplishments in their specialty area; HIGHLIGHT all bullets that pertain to your category of excellence.
Page 3: evidence of excellence in their specialty area

You must supply a link to your e-portfolio using the Google Form found on the Check List page of this website.

PART 2: DUOTANG
Inside your duotang, please include:
a paper application, signed
a copy of their Ministry of Education Transcript Verification Report (must include April marks; available from our school office). Using a highlighter, please highlight applicable specialty area courses on the transcript
one or two letters of reference or Confidential Reference Form, signed by the specialty area teacher(s) and/or specialty area professionals; contact numbers are required for all referees. THESE REFERENCES MUST SPEAK DIRECTLY TO YOUR AREA(S) OF SPECIALTY. Confidential Reference Forms must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the referee's signature on the seal.
On the front of your duotang, please write your name AND specialty area.
