Teaching App Development with Swift

Target Audience - Grades 10-12
App Development with Swift is designed to help high school students new to coding build a solid foundation in programming fundamentals using Swift as the language. Throughout this course, attendees get practical experience with the tools, techniques, and concepts needed to build a basic iOS app from scratch. Attendees will also discover various Apple created teaching resources like student and teacher books, lesson plans, PowerPoint slides, and exercise lab playgrounds with solutions; everything you need to teach coding.
What to Bring
If you have a Mac, please download and install Xcode app from Mac AppStore. In addition, download two “App Development with Swift” books from Apple BookStore. If you don’t have a Mac, we will make one available for you for the session.
